Q1: Why the bag is smell?

For the first time to use there may be smell that is because of the nature of the TPU lining. You can just wipe the inner lining with soap and warm water before use. After using, please open the bag and store in shelter.

Q2: Why the TPU lining is wet after using? Isn’t the lining waterproof?

The lining is fully waterproof. Please don’t worry about this as the TPU is water absorption. The fabric absorbs water after long time use and you just put the cooler bag in shelter then the lining may dry by itself.
